FAQs

How long does the process take to rent a unit?

Our renting process is super simple and easy.

Once we find you what you are looking for we pick 3-4 good units that fit your criteria. We will give you a rough estimate of the prices to the size of the unit you are interested in. Then we have you come in person to take a look at the units and find which one fits your needs. Then we go to the office and sit down and start the paperwork. Simple as that takes about 30-40 mins.

How old do I need to be to rent a unit?

You need to be at least 18 years of age with a real physical address.

Do I need insurance?

Yes! It is super important that you have insurance when you come to rent a unit. If not then we can recommend a company to use. Bring you insurance with you when you meet us to rent a unit.

Can more than one person be able to access the unit?

Who ever is the primary person (the signer) on the contract they have to give us a list of the people who they are authorizing to access the unit. Then we will need to obtain copies of their drivers licenses.

We can go more in depth on this topic in person or over the phone.

Does renters insurance cover my unit?
